What Are Custom Booster Packs?
Custom booster packs are sealed trading-card packs printed with your own artwork, with card contents drawn from rarity categories you define. With QPMN, brands upload card and wrapper designs, set drop rates and pack size, then choose foil or paper wrappers. Packs are produced on demand — no minimum order, from 1 pack for prototyping to full retail runs — and shipped to your customers under your brand.
True Booster Pack Randomization with No MOQ
Every QPMN booster pack is assembled independently. When a pack is produced, each slot is filled by drawing from the rarity categories you configured, using the drop rates you set for those categories. Packs are not cut from a fixed repeating sequence, so two packs from the same run can contain different cards.
You decide how tight or how generous the distribution is: how many rarity tiers exist, which designs sit in each tier, what percentage each tier is drawn at, and how many cards a pack holds. Because there is no MOQ, you can order a single pack, open it, then adjust your rates before committing to a launch quantity.
Example: a five-card pack
- Three slots draw from your Common category.
- One slot draws from your Rare category.
- One slot is set to 90% Rare / 10% Ultra Rare, so roughly one pack in ten yields an Ultra Rare.
How to Create Custom Trading Card Packs
Upload your card and pack artwork
Add the front artwork for each card, the shared card back and your pack wrapper design, making sure each image is high resolution for clear print results. Organize the card designs you want to use in each set, then follow the templates and file preparation guidance in the QPMN Design Hub, whether you prepare card and wrapper files in Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
Configure your pack
Choose how many cards each pack holds and customize whether the pack uses Fixed Set or Randomized. For randomized packs, create rarity categories, assign each card design to a category and set the drop rate for each category. Then choose card stock, printing effects, finish, paper or foil packaging and seal.

Paper or Foil Trading Card Packaging
Custom paper packs
Custom foil packs
A flexible foil film wrapper that gives the familiar retail TCG pack look and a crisper, glossier surface. It is the usual choice when packs sit alongside mainstream trading card products or need a more traditional shelf presence.
Both formats carry your own wrapper artwork, both can be sealed or left open on one end, and both are available for Fixed Set and Randomized packs. If you want packaging only, QPMN also prints wrappers on their own.

Why Card Brands Choose QPMN
No MOQ
Ordering starts from 1 pack. You can print one pack to check colour, stock and wrapper feel, gauge the finish and perceived value, and then reorder in the quantity that matches actual demand instead of committing to a large first run.
Custom rarity setup
You define the rarity categories, the drop rate for each one, and the pack size. The setup is saved with the product, so you can reuse or adjust it for reprints, new sets and seasonal releases.
Print-on-demand white-label fulfillment
QPMN prints, randomizes, packs and ships each order as it arrives, with no QPMN branding on the parcel. You keep the customer relationship and avoid holding inventory.
Store integrations
Connect Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Snapshop Lite or the QPMN API, using these integrations and tools to keep listings and fulfillment in sync. Orders placed in your store arrive in production automatically.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment for Your Card Store
Most QPMN sellers run booster packs as a connected-store product. You list the pack in your own store, and when a customer buys it the order passes to QPMN automatically. QPMN prints the cards and wrapper, randomizes the pack against your saved rarity settings, packs it and ships it to your customer white label, with no QPMN branding on the parcel.
Supported connections are Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Snapshop Lite and the QPMN API. Because production happens per order, you can keep a full set listed without holding stock or forecasting quantities. See dropshipping and warehouse fulfillment for how orders and shipping are handled.
Direct orders remain available alongside the connected-store flow, and are useful for samples, design testing and restocking your own events or wholesale channels.
Who Custom Booster Packs Are For
Indie TCG creators
Print a playtest run of a new set, hand packs to testers and game designers, then adjust rarity tiers and reprint. Starting from one pack means a game can reach real players before there is a budget for a full production run.
Card game publishers
Run several sets and expansions at once, each with its own rarity plan and pack size, and reprint the ones that sell. Store-connected production keeps back catalogue titles available without warehousing them.
