What is NFT redemption fulfillment?

NFT redemption fulfillment is the production, packing and shipping of physical products claimed through a digital token. These digital-and-physical releases are often called phygital collectibles. QPMN handles the physical side: print after a claim, or produce a presale batch and ship from stock as holders redeem. Your platform controls eligibility, token verification and claim limits.

Real-World Case Study: Scaling Complex Physical Redemptions

A rapidly growing Web3 collectible project needed to fulfill physical booster packs for thousands of digital tokens. Each NFT was redeemable for a physical booster pack containing 5 cards. Because of the high complexity—hidden holographic cards and multiple rarity tiers—traditional legacy printers demanded massive Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) and upfront capital.

By utilizing QPMN's Algorithmic Card Randomization and FlexiBulk™ manufacturing, the creators successfully initiated a phased, on-demand rollout. We perfectly bridged the gap between digital excitement and physical ownership, creating a high-margin revenue stream without the risk of over-printing.

NFT Printing & Redemption FAQs

NFT print on demand means producing physical cards, games or merch after a token holder claims or orders them. QPMN provides printing and fulfillment; your platform manages token ownership, redemption eligibility and the claim process.

Define which artwork belongs to each token and how your platform prevents duplicate claims. Send QPMN sample artwork, card specifications and your order workflow to confirm individual-card production and artwork mapping before you open redemption.

Yes. QPMN can print your NFT collection’s artwork as physical collectible cards. Provide artwork you have permission to print, choose your card specifications and review a physical sample before launch. For holder redemptions, your platform verifies eligibility and sends the resulting orders to QPMN for production and fulfillment.

No. Your platform or token-gating provider handles wallet connection, smart contract verification, token ownership checks and redemption rules. QPMN receives the resulting physical product orders through its Shopify app, WooCommerce plugin or API.

QPMN handles physical product orders rather than blockchain transactions. For projects using XRPL, Ethereum, Solana or Polygon, your platform handles token verification and redemption. The integration then creates the physical product order through Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce or the QPMN API.

Your redemption tool verifies the holder and creates a product order in Shopify. The QPMN Shopify app connects product orders to physical production and fulfillment. Before launch, test product mapping, shipping charges, order payment and shipment updates across the complete workflow.

No. Burning is one redemption model, not a QPMN requirement. Your platform decides whether holders burn a token, retain it after claiming, or use it to access a product. Your platform also controls claim limits and repeat redemption.

QPMN produces physical booster packs using agreed card selection and randomization rules. Share your card list, rarity tiers, pack configuration and insert requirements so we can confirm the production setup before launch. Your platform handles token verification and redemption; any mapping between digital pack outcomes and physical contents must be agreed and tested as part of the integration.

Yes. QPMN's warehouse fulfillment service produces and stores products ordered through QPMN, then packs and ships them as orders arrive. Plan your batch quantity, payment schedule, redemption window and storage terms before production.

Treat these as two separate payment flows: shipping collected from holders at checkout, and production and fulfillment charges settled with QPMN. Share your proposed checkout and payment schedule so both flows can be agreed and tested before redemption opens.

No grading acceptance or grade is guaranteed. Confirm the grading company's requirements for your collection and card format, then review physical samples before approving production.

General shipping times range from 7 to 12 days. Production and dispatch time are separate. Share your artwork-ready date, order quantities, destinations and required arrival date so the team can plan the schedule for your release.

Include the physical product, artwork examples, expected claim volume, items per shipment, destination countries and launch date. Also state whether you need print-after-claim production or a pre-produced batch, and whether orders will come through Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce or the QPMN API.
