Prepare Your Accounts

  • Ensure your Etsy shop is open and ready to receive new or updated listings.
  • Log in to your QPMN account, or create a free account if you have not registered yet.

💡Tip: Confirm that your Etsy shop details (shop name, currency, and shipping region) are correctly set up in Etsy’s Shop Manager before connecting.

Connect Etsy Store to QPMN

  1. Log in to your QPMN account and go to My Stores from the left-hand panel.
  2. Click Add Store, then select Connect under the Etsy option.
  3. You will be redirected to Etsy’s authorization page. Review the terms and conditions, then click Grant access to proceed.
  4. If you are already logged into your QPMN Partner account, simply click Continue when prompted. If not, enter your login details to complete the authorization.
  5. Once your Etsy store shows a status such as Active and Connected, the integration is successfully linked to QPMN.

Your Etsy store is now connected and ready for product sync and order fulfillment via QPMN.

Add a New Product and Sync to Etsy

  1. Go to the My Products page in your QPMN dashboard and click Add.
  2. Choose the product you want to sell and configure all options (such as variant, size, and other preferences) to match your needs
  3. Click Add to Store. In the pop‑up window, select Add your design.
  4. Upload and finalize your artwork. Once the design is complete, review the mockup preview of your product to ensure everything looks correct.
  5. Update the product name and description so they align with your brand and Etsy listing style.
  6. On the same page, set your Etsy retail price. Note that shipping fees are not included here; configure those directly in your Etsy shipping settings.
  7. When everything is ready, click Sync to send the product to Etsy, then Activate it within QPMN. Remember that Etsy charges a small fee when launching a new product, so double-check your configuration before publishing. Editing the design or price later will not trigger an additional listing fee.

Your custom product will now appear in your Etsy shop and is ready to be sold once published.

Link Existing Etsy Products to QPMN

  1. After logging in and connecting your Etsy store to QPMN, go to the My Products page.
  2. Confirm you’ve selected the correct store and that its status is Connected, then click Add.
  3. Choose the product type and configuration that best matches your existing Etsy listing.
  4. Click Add to Store. In the pop‑up window, select Add design and link to existing product.
  5. From the drop‑down list, choose the Etsy product you want to link to this QPMN product.
  6. If you want QPMN to overwrite your current Etsy listing details (such as title, description, images, and price), check the override box before proceeding.
  7. You will be redirected to the QPMN design tool. Upload your artwork and click Proceed to mockup.
  8. On the mockup page, review the three generated images. If override is enabled, these images will replace the existing ones on your Etsy listing.
  9. On the same page, you can update the product namedescription, and price. If override is selected, these updates will also replace the existing Etsy product information; if not, your current Etsy listing details remain unchanged.
  10. When everything looks correct, click Sync and then Activate.

Your QPMN product is now successfully linked to your existing Etsy listing. Future Etsy orders for that product can be passed to QPMN for print-on-demand fulfillment.

Sync and Fulfill Etsy Orders with QPMN

  1. When a customer places an order on your Etsy store, the order will automatically sync to your QPMN account.
  2. Go to your Customer Orders page in QPMN and click Send to QPMN for the order you want QPMN to fulfill.
  3. Due to Etsy’s platform limitations, if your store is based in the US, Canada, Turkey, Germany, or France, you will need to manually enter the customer’s shipping address when sending the order to QPMN.
  4. After confirming the order details and completing the payment, QPMN will take care of the rest—from printing and packaging to shipping—automatically fulfilling the order for you.
