Registration
Visitor registration typically opens roughly six months ahead, with a free early-bird window for qualified trade visitors and a paid on-site rate later. Exhibitor space is usually sold from the previous edition onwards.
Hotels
Mandalay Bay, Delano and Luxor are connected to the convention centre by walkway or tram; the official housing block usually beats walk-up Strip rates in late May.
Getting there
Harry Reid International Airport is roughly 10 minutes away. The Mandalay Bay tram links to Excalibur, and the venue is at the south end of the Strip.
What to bring
Physical samples still close deals. Bring a small run of finished product — for card and collectible categories, a printed, sealed booster pack is the single strongest leave-behind.
