FlexiBulk™ Savings
Unlock Premium Finishes Without the Dead Stock
Traditional overseas manufacturers often advertise a "1-deck minimum" for basic digital prints. But the moment you want premium upgrades—like holographic foil, spot UV, or custom tuck boxes—you hit a wall: a strict requirement to order 200 to 500 identical decks.
With QPMN’s FlexiBulk™ technology, creators are no longer penalized for having multiple designs. Pool 10 different designs of just 100 decks each into a single order. This unlocks enterprise-grade premium finishes and volume pricing across your entire catalog, without the inventory risk of dead stock.
Fully custom playing cards, down to every face and back

| Back | Custom backs for your selected deck setup |
| Box | Custom tuck box artwork instead of a plain retail box |

Print on demand playing card FAQ
Pricing & FlexiBulk™
Is there a minimum order?
QPMN print-on-demand playing cards have no minimum order. You can place a direct order without connecting an online store.
How much do custom playing cards cost?
Pricing is tiered by quantity and goes as low as US$1.05 per 55-card deck at 15,000 units and above, with higher unit prices at smaller quantities. The final price also depends on the deck format, number of cards, stock, finish and packaging. Select a product in the QPMN Catalog to view its current tiered price table, or request a quote for a defined project.
Can I order custom playing cards in bulk?
Yes. You can order custom playing cards in larger quantities and use volume pricing. FlexiBulk Savings can also combine orders across different dates, designs or destinations toward volume pricing.
What is the difference between print on demand and bulk playing card printing?
Print on demand produces decks as orders arrive, so there is no minimum order and no finished stock to store. Bulk printing produces a fixed quantity in advance at a lower unit cost. With QPMN you can use either approach, and FlexiBulk Savings can combine separate orders toward volume pricing.
Why do traditional printers advertise a 1-deck minimum, but still require 200+ identical decks for premium finishes like foil or gilded edges?
It comes down to outdated manufacturing technology. Traditional printers force high minimums because they use two separate processes:
- Digital Printers: Used for basic 1-deck prototypes (cannot produce premium finishes).
- Offset Presses: Used for premium finishes (holographic foil, spot UV). This requires creating expensive metal plates for every single design, forcing you to buy 200+ identical decks just to cover their setup costs.
Cardstock & Materials
What is the best cardstock for custom playing cards?
The best cardstock depends on how the deck will be used. Compare stiffness, opacity, surface texture, shuffle feel and water resistance, then choose from the card stocks offered for your playing-card product.
What is the difference between 300gsm smooth and 310gsm linen cardstock?
300gsm smooth cardstock offers a sleek, standard finish ideal for board games and promotional decks. 310gsm linen cardstock features a textured, air-cushion finish that provides superior glide and shuffle feel, making it the preferred choice for cardistry, magicians, and casino-grade playing cards.
Can I print waterproof plastic playing cards on demand?
Yes. QPMN offers specialty waterproof plastic cardstock that is highly durable, shuffle-friendly, and resistant to bending and liquid, perfect for outdoor use or heavy-duty tabletop gaming.
What size are QPMN playing cards?
QPMN provides poker card templates at 63 mm × 88 mm (2.48" × 3.46") and 64 mm × 89 mm (2.5" × 3.5"). Other card formats, including 78-card tarot and oracle decks, use their own templates.
Artwork & Formatting
Can every playing card have different artwork?
QPMN playing-card configurations can use different artwork across individual card faces and backs. The number of designs and cards depends on the selected product, so use its template when preparing artwork.
How should I prepare playing-card artwork?
Download the template for your selected product and follow its trim, bleed, safe-area and file instructions. Review small text, border alignment and card sequence before submitting the files.
Can QPMN print custom tuck boxes?
Yes. Custom tuck boxes and other packaging options are available for playing-card products. Check the product configuration to see the box styles, templates and artwork requirements.
Shipping & Fulfillment
What are print on demand playing cards?
Print on demand playing cards are custom decks produced after an order is placed. This lets creators sell playing cards without purchasing and storing a large inventory in advance.
Can QPMN fulfill orders from my online store?
Yes. Connect through Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Snapshop Lite or the QPMN API. Customer order details are sent to QPMN for printing, packing and delivery.
How does print-on-demand fulfillment work?
When a customer orders a connected playing-card product, the order details flow to QPMN for production, packing and shipping. This reduces manual order handling and removes the need to keep finished decks in stock.
Can QPMN ship playing cards directly to customers?
Yes. QPMN can ship playing-card orders directly to customers in the available destinations, with white-label fulfillment that keeps your brand customer-facing.
Can I sell playing cards on my own store instead of sending customers elsewhere?
Yes. Connect Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Snapshop Lite or the QPMN API so customers buy on your own store and their orders flow to QPMN for white-label production and delivery.
